1. Eligibility for Return
Products are eligible for return only under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or expired at the time of delivery
The wrong product has been delivered
Manufacturing defect confirmed after verification
The return request must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
Products that are used, opened, altered, or tampered
Health supplements, personal care, or consumable products once opened
Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse
Promotional, free, or discounted items (unless damaged/defective)
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at info@countrypillar.com
Mention Order ID, Product Name, Reason for Return, and attach clear product images/videos
Our support team will review the request within 3–5 working days
If approved, return instructions will be shared.
4. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after successful inspection
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only
Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side
5. Replacement Policy
Replacement may be offered instead of a refund, subject to product availability
Replacement is applicable only for damaged, defective, or wrong products
6. Direct Sellers / Distributors Policy
Activated IDs, joining kits, and business-related fees are non-refundable
Commission, incentives, or bonuses once paid are not reversible
Product returns by distributors must follow the same return rules as customers
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
